Maxwell Street Klezmer Band with Cantor Pavel Roytman

Audiences of all ages and backgrounds tap their toes to the rollicking klezmer beat!  From the YiddishTheater to American Big Band, from the Shtetl to the Symphonic, the Maxwell Street Klezmer Band will delight you with Jewish favorites like “Bei Mir Bistu Sheyn” and “Rumania, Rumania!”  Under the direction of Music Director and Violinist Alex Koffman, classical sophistication meets theatrical fun in a performance filled with soul, and humor.  The featured singer will be Cantor Pavel Roytman, a young tenor from the Old Country.
